    Thanks Auntiedeedee,
Have just posted back the application form with all the photocopies of the loan agreement etc, so its fingers crossed time now i guess, your story does sound exactly like ours, although we have not had any ncb due to a few late payments so just wondering now whether we will loose that half of the policy money ? Will the FSCS pay that back to us ? Also is there any way of working out how much you are owed back ? is it just the premium ? or do you get interest back too ? sorry for all the questions !

Hi there, you get all of the PPI back plus some interest, but not sure how to work it out. You need our marshallka for that one, she is so good with the figures. If you haven't rcd any NCB then they cannot deduct anything from the claim.
I shouldn't think you will be waiting too long, not like us old 'Picturites' - they appear to know what they are doing now.
    Good luck
    xx
Hi to pinknico, di and all the old, old picturites, doesn't it just seem an eternity ago when we were all "fighting for justice"!!

    Hi there.

I still hadnt heard anything from FSCS so I called them over a week ago, they said had no details on their system and to call back in another week so I phoned yesterday, they are saying that they hav a backlog, and cd take 5 weeks etc for the initial questionaire to be looked at. To wait another couple weeks and then call back. Problem is Im now thinking that maybe they wont accept to look at my claim, I put on it about being misled about the paying the interest on the insurance for the whole 15 year period as this is something I was not aware off and cant believe how much im paying back on it....I also wasnt advised I could get it cheaper elsewhere but I ddint add anything like that to the form, Im just wondering if I wont get any further with this.....knowing the luck I have with anything financial :-(

    Hi Shaz

You will be fine do not worry and you can give them further information at any time too, and remember these type of policies they have actually been refunding anyway, these are frowned upon, you will be okay.;)

Your post is fine, I remember being the same, and most here have been, so try not to worry.
