Thats fab news. You are definitely one of the lucky ones, ours has been going on for two years! It seems to be taking forever now. Esp when I think we are almost at the end and then something else crops up. We could really do witht the money too :mad:

I agree, lets hope yours has set the trend and lots more payouts are made.

Well done that is great news.
I have also made a claim re loanmakers and f/plus. i first submitted my forms in oct 09.

Can I ask what you reasons for miss-selling were and did the process seem to be straight forward.
Mine seems to be going back and forward beetween deloittes,f/plus and fscs.
The last I heard was a week ago when I last called and there seemed to be some query re the NBC and deloittes were waiting to hear back from f/plus.

well guys just had another update off deloittes they have once again re requested the info there waiting for off picture/target and are hoping to receive it in the not to distant future i wont be holding my breath guys because as you all know this has been going on for what seems like forever i live in hope

delloites have now informed me the following

Mr Ogborne,

We had an issue to do with No Claims Bonus’s, which we were waiting on new procedures from the FSCS to allow us to deal with claims affected by this issue. We have now received the procedures, however, we require some further information from the lenders to enable us to complete the assessments. Once we receive this information from the lender your claim should be ready for assessment. If we require any further information from you, we will be in touch.

I have told the same today re my claim (l/makers,f/plus).

Does anyone have any idea what the query could be re the NCB?

I now have to wait for firstplus to pass on the info before anything can be progressed.

Deloittes don't know how long this will take.:mad:

Any views would be appreciated.

deloittes have no motivation to resolve the situation i dread to think how much there being paid for this.you would of thought they would of been a bit quicker
