In my opinion, it seems its finally moved on to them in order for them to go through everything deloittes have sent back, then payments should be made shortly, fingers crossed.;)
I'm sure you would have heard by now if the claim was negative, you will be fine.

letter from fscs ref NCB, basically im unlucky!! They even mention that if the bonus was due after they have agreed the payment then they couldnt do anything about it!! ARGH !! thought after 2months they might look into it a bit more seriously..

i'll scan in the doc tomorrow night and see what you kind people think..

Well guys i rang fscs yesterday who told me deolittes where still waiting for info off picture so i rang picture who told me they had sent the info to deloittes so i rang them who said they had not received any info off picture and when i said i had rang picture they got quite off hand about it and were not very happy with me as they reckon they have a good rappor with picture and i should leave it to them thats a laugh as they seem to be just sat back waiting i really don't know what the hell is going on anymore i think there having a laugh at my expense then he proceeded to tell me the next problem is my ncb and i said as i told you months ago i have cancelled my policy on the advice of the cab he just went oh right this gives me no faith at all .

I can't beleive it. This is so unfair. Is there anybody else you can contact regarding this. Can you speak to the FSA or FOS regarding the decision on how they come to this conclusion.

So just because of the timing of the payout, you lose out. Surely this cannot be right. I am totally gutted for you:mad::mad:

So sorry NEWTONCHANG. They really are giving you the runaround. It's so hard to make out just what is going on with them.

thanks busbyh i havent got a clue whats going on its a total p*** take if you ask me and the guy who is dealing with it got quite shirty over me questioning picture about it wish they would sort themselves out :mad::mad:

Hi Everyone

I've never posted before but have spent many hours getting help from all your posts, so I just wanted to let you know that I recieved a very large cheque today from the FSCS for my claim against Loanmakers for misselling of Firstplus PPI. I only sent my form to Deloittes in early November, so hopefully this means some people who are waiting will soon be lucky

Meantime I'm going to celebrate!
