Hi Bob, glad to hear you had a good Christmas and New Year.
Exactly the same happened with us with our claim. Target send over the info in batches, I think this is what causes the delay. Hopefully it won't be too long now.

Hi guys i sent another email to deolittes today asking what it is they need to see if i can get it ,also recieved this off the fscs today so fingers crossed they will chase it up aswell .

Hi Bob seems target are messing about with everyones because there messing us around aswell and its past the 6 months time limit they give to people so you would think there would be something else they could do maybe we should ring target and chase them ourselves

yeh he's seems good Di but its target thats the problem you would think they would be given a time limit then get fines imposed or something if they didnt comply just another waiting game :rolleyes:
