    Moggy I still think that if it was sent 2nd class that you will receive it this week. I'm sure the Christmas post will have delayed things a bit.

    just spoke to somebody at fscs they said it wasnt sent second it was sent first and basically i was a liar

    Why on earth did they post on 2nd class?:confused:


    Before we received ours, they emailed and confirmed they normally post by using first class recorded delivery.

    Sorry about the amount being wrong. I thought ours was re- the deduction of PPi rebate, but they went over it and got back to us the next day.

    weve to wait two weeks for it to go missing and royal mail said weve to give it15 working days and ten for recorded delivery cant believe how much hassle its been hubby rang the royal mail and they said there had been no delay and there was nothing at the post office for us im dreading xmas now

    Moggy, they sent ours with the wrong initial on, and we had to return it, still waiting for the replacement:mad: Did only send it back last Saturday though!!
