Hi everybody, tried to post three times really long posts saying how inspired i am by Marshalksa, pinknico Di and Busbyh still helping even though they have all won. To stick my 2 penneth in about Lynnie, which is basically that i agree with marshalka !! i think these claim firms are leaches and misled you as badly as picture did ! £7,000 for the tiny amount of work they have done s an outrage.
Update on Bob is that deloittes are waiting for picture/target to respond before sending mine back to the fscs, its a waiting game for me, just hope they have enough left in the pot for Bobs 6 grand

    Cheers so much Bob........:A:beer:.

I have not been on here so much today to be honest with some things going on but I see the other lovely lot on here working so hard helping out........:T:T.

Wishing you luck Bob, hope it won't be too long that you have to wait for your cheque, good luck.:j:j

I think i have to give this one to busbyh TBH cause it was actually busbyh who picked up on this first. I just do the doggie work for them. I am fairly good at digging... the labourer...:rotfl::rotfl:

    Thank you Lynnie. Much appreciated.

And my do you do some digging marshallka, I really do admire you for this, I would never find even half of the links that you have posted, and you are aways spot on ith them.
    You make a GRAND LABOURER:D:D:D

As soon as Lynnie mentioned using a claims specialist I thought OMG, but didn't want to take the shine out of her win. bUT LIKE YOU, PINKNICO AND DI, we could not just leave it there and see her losing so much of it, without at least trying to solve it with her.
I really and truly hope she gets somewhere with this. For starters if the FSCS stop the cheque and make it payable to herself ,at least it will give her some breathing space, to get this sorted and she will still have her money for Christmas for the kids.

Logging off now until tomorrow, and hoping for some more cheques being rcd. Also hope Lynnie has some positive news.
I feel so strongly about this, it's like it's my claim. Just feel we have all been ripped off enough without this happening too.:mad:

Just don't think it's in my nature to relax anymore:D can't remember the last time I read a book, have a few there waiting, when I eventually get around to it.
Maybe when all the Posters have won:j:j
Getting away for a few days on 30th Dec to 3rd.Jan. My brother in law has a cottage in Newton Abbot so spending N year there, which will be nice. Lovely log burning fire, nice and cosy.

Thanks Pinknico. At least I know I am getting a cheque now so I'm no longer worried. I had the best night sleep last night for months!

I hope you hear soon Honestbob and Moggie I hope you get your cheque today.

Lynnie - loads of luck to you and I hope you manage to get things sorted. I'm so glad you found this forum!

  • Lynnie I'm real new here and from what I can tell if these guys smell something fishy and tell you to act on it do it. These people don't want to see anyone else ripped off not just once but in your case twice this is £7,000 that these crooks are having off you for doing !!!!!! all grit your teeth stand up to them and be strong. As a matter of interest and it really is just a thought I got a couple of calls about reclaiming ppi but didn't trust them nothing to pay we reclaim from the company etc call me cynical but you get nothing for free in this life, but do you think that these companies can sort of buy your data ? I know it's not legal under the data protection act but I do wonder if they cold call everyone in the uk or work from a "list" of potential claiments that they have gotten from somewhere. I know this sounds like a conspiracy theory from the mind of a deluded madman but I really do wonder.

Glad you got a goodnights sleep chickpee, I am now able to enjoy my win a bit more now that you have been successful.xx

bodkins I too have been cold called by these companies and they know my name but not much else, but others who have been called have been given their own loan details by some companies which is not right. Your paragraph does not sound like a conspiracy theory I am afraid it is close to the truth.

Hi bodkins, these data lists are actually from previous loans and when I rang MOJ about this they said that sometime you MAY have had a loan and ticked the box for the data to be passed to other organisations in this way and they then get away with it. It so blummin annoying isn't it. I bet these lists are sold on for profits.... my madwoman theory....
