Oops, they should not cold call at all. :rolleyes:Busbyh it was Seven Marketing that "cold called". They rang me out of the blue, asking me if I wanted to make PPI claims. On agreeing I had to pay a fee for each claim for paperwork. Next thing I know they had handed my case file over to Chatwins and I got the paperwork mentioned earlier to complete. Only things I got after that were letters to say they had sent claim to Picture, then that they had sent claim to fscs. NO MENTION OF FEES!!0 -

Feel you are on another WINNER here Lynnie, but please do as marshallka advises. You need to act fast. Don't waste any time. Hi everybody, tried to post three times really long posts saying how inspired i am by Marshalksa, pinknico Di and Busbyh still helping even though they have all won. To stick my 2 penneth in about Lynnie, which is basically that i agree with marshalka !! i think these claim firms are leaches and misled you as badly as picture did ! £7,000 for the tiny amount of work they have done s an outrage.
Update on Bob is that deloittes are waiting for picture/target to respond before sending mine back to the fscs, its a waiting game for me, just hope they have enough left in the pot for Bobs 6 grand0 -
