On page 2 pdf file it mentions the charges here
During the initial investigation there will be no charge for the work that we do. If we decide to pursue your claim we will write to you again regarding our fees which will include the cost of the expert financial report that you instruct us to obtain in order to advise us on the prospect of you making a claim.
Investigations of this sort if settled without difficult technical issues arising may be concluded within 2 months.0 -

You are great at this. When I got this document to sign I telephoned and asked them what the fees were likely to be. It was then over the phone that they told me I would only pay if claim was under £5000 as over that would be claimed back from Picture. They contacted Picture, then, obviously sent the claim to fscs when they went into default, instructing them to return the cheque to themselves (obviously so they coud deduct their fees at source). At no point did they send me a written copy of what they fees were likely to be.!!!!!!!:eek:0
