Moggy, so sorry you are still waiting for your cheque. You would think they'd send it first class:mad:
Sure you will get it before the week is out.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
Yes as long as you have not missed/ been late with payments you should still get your NCB, not happy about the 30% you have to pay, Chatwins have done NOTHING with your claim, they havent taken it to court, they havent filled out the forms. I expect they wrote one letter to Picture and one letter to FSCS and you did the rest by filling in the form.
It should not be allowed for Claim Companies to take claims to the FSCS when all it involves is a form to be filled in by the CLAIMANT and that is it.
ReallY angry on your behalf and I want to see the small print on your contract that says you have to pay the money if firm in default, if there is none complain to EVERYONE about this firm.
For sure pinknico.
Lynnie does it say anything in the small print?dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
I think personally Lynnie needs to see who actually "introduced" her to these solicitors and exactly what THEIR claim was that these solicitors would do and make the complaint to MOJ about them. Then next as the contract was most probably with the solicitors anyway she needs to complaint hereNice one pinknico. I hope lynnie rings them today.

I dont think the FSCS should accept claims from claim companies. They are getting paid for doing nothing.DS1 12/10/04

marshallka, hope Lynnie reads these links. Just read through "Your Rights" She should use this info with her solicitor.
It says they check just how much work has been carried out in relation to the claim. I', sure not much in this case. As pinknico says, probably just a letter to Picture and FSCS- really is £7ks worth!!!!!!
She should inform Chadwins exactly what she intends to do about this extornionate charge. I would actually put them in the same league as PICTURE:mad::mad:
