Moggy the cheque was dated the 7th and the postmark was the 8th so it must have been sent 1st class.

yes i am still waiting they told me it was sent the4th second class so they could save money:mad::mad::mad:

Hi all

I have just joined the forum to ask if anyone can help with some information. My partner and I are waiting for the outcome of a claim we made against Picture for mis-sold PPI. Like many other people, we are five months into the process with the FSCS and Deloittes. We have tried to find out how things are progressing but they are not very forthcoming. The question that has now occurred to us is about a Picture loan that we settled with the loan that we are still paying. That first loan had PPI on it as well and we wondered if it was possible to re-claim this too, since the settlement figure we ended up paying would have been much higher than had we not had the PPI. We don't have any of the paperwork for this original loan, so does that mean we could not claim? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with thsi question.
