Didn't they originally say it was posted last Friday Moggy?

And 2nd class as well........, what on earth are they playing at?
And it just goes to show others there say different things, then to be told first class - which it should have been anyway.

I would be inclined to ask if they can pay this by bacs and when and if the cheque arrives to send it back.
Its not fair to be waiting like this and to be told one thing then another!
At least this way you can check your account to make sure its paid in or they should at least post it now by special post signed delivery.

Going back to my above post though, you would still require the calculations, they could send these by email attachment discreetly for you on request.

Sorry to hear you have not received your cheque. Mind you I have rang the hospital and they sent out a letter to me last Friday and it still has not turned up. It is a good job that the doctors received their letter and got in touch with me. God knows what state I would have been in.

Hope you get your cheque soon

    Good luck

GREAT NEWS CHICKPEE AT LONG LAST,

    :beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

Sorry about the amount being wrong. I thought ours was re- the deduction of PPi rebate, but they went over it and got back to us the next day.

    Have you rang them yet?

    Thanks Busbyh.

I rang the FSCS but none the wiser so I will write to them.

Can anyone tell me about the interest they pay back. It says that "this is the amount of interest your lender has already charged you to date on the amount of the premium" so does this mean that that it doesn't include the premium itself?

I just need to get things straight in my own mind before I take things further.

Aww hun....I do feel for you I really do.

What your going through here is just not on, the way its going, I would complain about this...but wait for your cheque payment first, and make sure its correct, and take it from there, but blimey they have not behaved in a professional manner here have they?

From working on other peoples redress's its actually the payments you have made to date including interest and then the "interest" smaller amount is actually interest on the whole amount at 8% since Picture were delcared in default.

The thing they have done with yours is not added up your repayments made to date correctly as it should be 19.97% of your repayments times by how many you actually made. They have not done this.
