sandzb, I would want a complete breakdown fron Picture, showing exactly how they have worked it all out with the first PPi, amount refunded etc

They way they appear to show it , or not as the case may be, they could be putting anything down:mad::mad:

Defo, di. Also when loans are refinanced, an exact breakdown should be shown from the start, this would avoid any confusion like this arising.
It should show any rebate from first PPI on the breakdown and explain exactly how it is all worked out:mad:

That's right, it should be an automatic thing.
I did get one, but begged for this which taken them weeks to send it.

It seems in regards of Picture, they did not give anyone the breakdown.....:mad:

Sandzb, whats being said does appear to be correct. Picture do reimburse themselves, dont tell you the amounts but then set up the new loan taking this rebate (as they put it) into account. I like you thought exactly the same, Ive been done here as I hadnt recd a refund of just under £5k which the FSCS say I did. And it was only when Busby and Pinkco explained it to me that the figure was taken into account when calculating the new loan. I done many sums after that and it does make sense.

Altho you have just reminded that I never did phone Picture to get a breakdown. Just to double check. Something for my To do list tomorrow. Thank you.

Now NCB that is a different matter altogether have you had that deducted as well ?
