    Just had a phone call from the same man who i spoke to yesterday responding to the e mail i sent on saturday! He was in a much better mood today and said it was moving and having looked at it it may be a little quicker than a month! Just hope that it does not mean it will be quicker because it is a decline and no calcs to do!!!:confused:

    Pengi, my guess now for the guy to tell you this is, that they have gone through everything that deloittes have done, and its been accepted, now moved on to get the cheque payment ready for this.:beer:

  • just got an email to say that our case has been reviewed and is now with the fscs after having the decision been made from deloitte and that it is up to the fscs to see if they agree with what deloitte have decided:ohope everything is ok and that it is not the wrong decision.
