think it was just pinknico, who pointed it out as i'm unsure how it works with the refinancing bit. If as you say Picture re-emburse themselves, you should have a complete breakdown. I cannot understand how they can do this without explaining it on paper with the actual figures they use:mad: It seems to me that Picture do whatever the hell they please and work out figures to their own benefit!!!

As you say though the NCB well that is another matter and something I can understand and also feel very strongly about.

I'm pleased to hear you got your cheque sandzb but sorry you have an issue with Picture about the original ppi. Nothing is ever straight forward is it.
