So looking at this, Picture are stating that when you taken out a loan advance with them - they actually rebated that £8K in PPI + from the first loan?

Ours with Nemo, we did get a substantial amount of rebate, and we are not expecting a great deal back, but surely yours is not right if they did not minus this on the rebate of when you taken out the loan advance?

A mistake here somewhere......, you could always send the the calculations of what you have by email attachment which shows that you were not rebated that amount on this.
They should get this sorted out for you.

It seems like they making a few mistakes the way things are going lately.

sandzb how much was the PPI

There are some on here who are really good at calcs, I am sure will help you out. I'm not saying you don't know yourself, but it can help if someone else looks at it, two heads being better than one

You could perhaps pm one of them if you don't want to post it on the thread

I know they should refund whatever you paid in PPI, with mine from the first loan then to have a loan advance it was £800 and something then interest then on top, as we did have a rebate of £7K something from the first loan, then taking out a loan advance.

    How frustrating for sandzb.........

You would think after all the claims they've had to deal with in regards of Picture, they would know how they work by now.......
