Hi pinknico, not too bad thanks, don't feel as stresed as I did last week, just not worth it.

Yep still waiting for them, but did receive a letter yesterday from BS. details on an earlier post last night.

Hope you are well and feeling totally relaxed now, you deserve it:beer:

I'm well thanks busbyh but wont be 100% relaxed until my friends on here , you Di and Chickpee in particular are sorted out we started this together and it wont be over til it is over for all of us.

Saw the BS letter , so that side looks good, once they have the Target info it will be downhill from there I am sure.xx

Thanks for that pinknico, concern about us too as if you have not has enough to deal with.

I 'm just hoping that this BS letter has crossed in the post, as we have already given them this info. If they need it again it means we will have to go to BS Monday, verify signatures and then wait for them to send it to deloitte once more:confused: just delaying things again.

it is apparent now though, that it is the one's who remortgaged to pay off Picture are the more complex cases. Trying to get info from two sources rather than just Target!!!

I am hoping to get a reply from email sent today.

Still, going to do some wrapping up of christmas presents today, Baby annabelle clothes , snakes and ladders, etc,the old games are coming back again:D (love it) Oh to be young again - no worries.

    Hi everyone, hope your well.;)

Yes Busbyh, I'm still baffled about the whole thing myself to be honest.....

Well anyway, finally the details (if they are correct) have come through from C&G this morning, so gonna scan them to my puter and email them off, just 2 A4 pages of the mortgage amount, funds realeased date
    Current mortgage balance
    Instalments
    Interest rate - 5.89%
    Product - 5.89% fixed rate until 21/07/10

Then a sheet of a statement, and Deloitte did confirm they have the nemo details to work it out from, so if this isn't right, god help.....

    Fingers crossed for us all.

Ours is probably more complicated as it was it is a variable rate and it has reduced so much in the last year, from the start it was 5.8% and now it is only 2.6%, so more confusing for them. There were 4 or more reductions within the year.

just out of interest does anybody know what Picture interest rates are at present? It would be nice to know how much we havesaved by remortgaging

Yes, I do it in stages, and have to make sure the kids won't be popping in.
Then it's finding somewhere to hide them:D Don't know how you manage with yours, with the kids being at home.

The letter was sent to BS on 29th October, date stamped as rcd at BS 4th November, and we rcd it yesterday., date on letter to us from BS 12th Nov So I am somewhat confused.

That is so annoying pinknico, they just are:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: can't print the words to describe them:mad::mad: would be thrown off the site

Would it not be possible for you to borrow off BS to cover Picture. We were paying 8.6% £351 and now it is £229@ 2.50% a huge difference!! (though i'm sure you hav e looked at all the pssibilities)

    OMG that equates to a saving of £122 pm = £1464pa x 19years) £27816. This is unbelievable!!!!

(although I know the rate is likely to increase in the near future). but will still be a good saving as once they start increasing the rates we will go for a fixed, which will be nothing like Picture's ,I hope!!!
