These are just the words of a very angry man, and I for one can empathise with. Gumbi was just venting his feeling over the 2 or more years of stress and frustration that he and we all have endured.

As di says, not everthing should be taken literally, and let's face it Picture do have a lot to answer for.

I have always been polite in my approach to my claim, up to now that is and this did not result in it being sorted any quicker (i'm still waiting) Therefore as for Gumbi adjusting his approach, I doubt very much this would have made any difference at all.

Deloitte - our case handler actually confirmed on the phone today that even though they required those details, but they do have these through the Nemo details, that it was the actual general details of our mortgage, as a statement sort of thing, or payments we make and so on, but I just wish they told us this from the start....., gets more confusing each time doesn't it.
Know in C&G they will just send a simple date of the remortgage, the amounts and that is it - I don't trust they will send all the info that is required again.

W have faxed all these details di, statements, different % rates the lot, don't think there is anything else they can provide.

The only thing is they were requesting the interest paid on just the PPI amount, surely Deloitte can work this oe out easily enough.

Deloitte did initially request info from BS on 26th Sept. certainly don't rush themselves that's for sure.

On a lighter note, just been to Toys r us for some christmas shopping for the little ones. did really well.

I used to love going to Toys R us......:j:j, I think it was me and hubby used to have more fun that the kids, hope you had a good time.:D

Hi amersall, If I remember correctly, it was only when Honey 2 became angry and frustrated that they actually sorted her claim out.
The nicely, nicely approach does not always work.

As for the call centre workers, I do feel it for them, but there are also some who have not been particulary nice to us, with some not very nice uncaring responses!!!

Hi di, re the info deloittes have requested. Why would they ask the BS about rebates from the ppi, when that would not have anythng to do with BS.
As far as they are concerned, they have just lent us x amount of cash to pay off Picture. The ppi rebates are of no concern to BS, I wouldn't think

Well anyway, finally the details (if they are correct) have come through from C&G this morning, so gonna scan them to my puter and email them off, just 2 A4 pages of the mortgage amount, funds realeased date
Current mortgage balance
Instalments
Interest rate - 5.89%
Product - 5.89% fixed rate until 21/07/10

Then a sheet of a statement, and Deloitte did confirm they have the nemo details to work it out from, so if this isn't right, god help.....

That's good news di, if you send them across today, hopefully they will be in on O/T and get cracking on it

It shows the arrears on the paperwork as well.......:o, so this may help them move it along as well.
