I'm sure your just as quick if not quicker than me.
Sometimes though my puter freezes and I get so frustrated, my hubby reckons the puter does not know what's hit it when I'm typing away.......:eek::rotfl::rotfl:.

Am waiting for some feedback from the FSCS.......again!! who said they would get back to us 2 days ago, so will be chasing them again today, also left them a reminder email yesterday........
I know this does not help, sending emails, which I imagine can cause some holdups, but all we want are some simple answers from both deloittes and the FSCS don't we?

Okay have some answers today from the FSCS by email, seems like Friday 13th may be lucky for some, so hope all of you that are waiting will have some news today, good luck.:beer:

Here is the email just received from the FSCS to explain why they still require the mortgage lender info, so Pinknico and Marshallka, seems you were right again. Cheers.:T:T

Dear Mr and Mrs

Thank you fo your E mails of 9 November 2009 and 12 November 2009 about your claim against Twopart Limited.

Part of your loan relates to the PPI premium and interest is paid on this.

This still applies when the loan is moved to another lender.

Therefore, we need information from C&G.

Just make sure they ask C and G for the right information! All C and G can provide is the info about Nemo and I thought they had sent them that?

Hi Pinknico hope your well.;)

The special delivery letter C&G received a few days ago from us, we have explained and enclosed copies from deloittes and asked them to provide the details of nemo as they were linked to the first loan, as deloittes are unable to get on with the claim without them.
So if they send the nemo details we are hoping that deloitte will realise what we been meaning all along.
Are going to chase up C&G today as well, because up until yesterday deloittes still claim they had not received anything.
