Jsut phoned target and they have no problems with their system!!! However, they did say thay have to respond within 2 weeks of the request, and to date they have kept within all of the timescales! So Busbyh what are they playing at with yours, Target will have sent the info what have Deloittes done with it or did they even request it????:mad:
I would contact the FSCS about this as well.;)
Two different stories there by both deloittes and Target, and I'm still waiting for feedback from deloittes and nothing up to now....

Hi, this is the first time I have posted on this site but have been reading previous posts. We too are picturites still waiting for our cheque! Started our claim about a year ago, had letter from Deloittes in August and since then nothing. My husband decided to give Deloittes a call yesterday to see what he could find out and was told that our claim had been calculated and returned to FSCS (but didnt say how long ago). He then went on to say that it had been sent back to Deloittes by the FSCS for re-calculating! Something to do with being 'timed out' . I guess that means that FSCS took too long to finalise it and the figures would have changed. I also guess that this had something to do with the NCBs as we received our second NCB at the begining of October. I hope this means that we are definately gonna get a cheque but who knows!!!

Hello and welcome.;)
It looks like it will be any day you will receive your cheque then,.
Seems like they have messed up somewhere along the line.
Yes I would think you will be definately receiving the cheque, but the FSCS have obviously noticed that the calculations are not correct, so deloittes have to go through them again, maybe its to do with the extra interest they owe as from when Picture went into default, which would possibly mean by timing out, so maybe more to add then.:T
Please do keep us posted and join in for a chat anytime.:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Back to square one again, will be contacting the FSCS later.....

The email response, I totally give up....
DearThank you for your emails. To date I have not been given any post, from Cheltenham & Gloucester, in respect of your claim. We will let you know when we do receive it, but as I explained during our telephone conversation, we cannot control how long third parties take to respond to our requests for information. All I can suggest is that you contact Cheltenham & Gloucester and ask them to respond to us as quickly as possible, so that your claim can be progressed.Deloitte LLP

In regards of this, it will be 8 times that we contacted C&G........so annoying, we also sent copies of deloittes details to C&G by special post and as you know that costs as well!!
Even if C&G could not supply those actual details Deloittes are requesting, for heavens sakes just let them know, the contact details are all there for them! The one and only "Dizzy Di"

It's strange ,how it has gone so quiet, wonder if they are rechecking the way they should be calculating esp as they will have rcd complaints about NCB
