I mean if you were going to complain about the missell then you would have had to have got the idea from this or another forum about the possibility if misselling of PPI. So if there are still Picturites still out there waiting for their redress why have they not made themselves known.

Still no news barloo, :mad::mad: I still think there will be more people out there who are unaware they can claim. Supposed to be 1000 claims gone in. I would think there a lot more than that who have Picture loans. I only found out by a chance conversation with my niece, regarding our situation. She just happened to mention about the PPI and MSE.If we hadn't told her what was going on (and a lot of people are too embarrassed to discuss their finances with anybody), esp. when it's with someone like picture. You just feel an utter idiot for being taken in so much:mad:

Anyway, just hope we all hear something very soon!!!

Hubby rang the FSCS, but was just told they were still on to the case, but nothing more, yet again nothing in detail.

Strange that we have had no responses from the handler at deloittes as well, she does normally get back, we have left 2 emails with her, not unless its because we made contact to the FSCS.......:eek: if she was not in office, then surely we would have received an out of office response. I am also wondering if its because they are getting confused themselves about this and have no answers for it, cos they do not understand!

So anyone else with any updates today?

The union rep is off ill as well......I can now see another week without any answers going by!

E mailed 2 people for an update with ours now but no response atall!
Getting really fed up - all i am asking them is if they have the info from target they requested.

Its stupid isn't it?
You only asking for a simple response, to know where you are on this.

I am thinking perhaps they are waiting for another batchful of funding to come through, but still this should not stop them from responding.

Well its Thursday tomorrow, coming up to yet another week without anyone hearing anything.

We decided that we don't care now if we are getting on their nerves by ringing and emailing, we are going to keep on until we get some answers, they will soon get fed up and get on with them.;)

No news yet from the FSCS, lets just hope that the old saying rings true, no news is good news ?

I'm not surprised your feeling this way Pengi, afterall its only a matter of the Target info, surely this should have been all done and dusted and paid out by now!:mad::mad:
