Because am I right in thinking that the £800 you are owed in PPI is still a part of your C and G mortgage?

    Hi Pinknico.
Thanks for all your info as well as Marshallka's on this.;)

See this is the confusing bit because Nemo settled the TWOPART loan....so I am not sure at all on this.......:confused:then C&G settled Nemo with the remortgage.

I have not seen anyone being paid out yet on a settled loan but by the questions being asked I would expect you to get back the interest on the PPI amount from the time you settled with Two part until you settled with Nemo and then again from the time you settled Nemo with C and G to the time Two part were declared in default.

    If that makes any sense!

This sounds about right doesn't it?
Is this because the interest was carried on as such?
Sorry I am hopeless on this :o

    Twopart (800) ---- Nemo (800)
C and G (800) So as the PPI has not yet been refunded it has been included in both the Two part Settlement figure and the Nemo settlement figure and is still attracting interest in the C and G mortgage amount.

Right now I see what you mean, so this will have continued then into nemo loan adance, and then because when settled in the remortgage the full amount with the PPI was included.

So the one with Nemo after the remortgage the PPI on the 2nd one on the PPI was resolved with the FOS, wouldn't that one have been settled with that one in regards of the interest?
Apart from the £800 owed from TWOPART? On the other hand that would still attract interest wouldn't it?

lol, sorry if I'm confusing you and everyone else hun...

The Nemo PPI was resolved by the FOS , yes ? But the Twopart PPI has just been moved from Twopart to Nemo to C and G.

So the FSCS should be asking C and G for the NEMO settlement figure and the interest rate you have been charged on your mortgage since then.

EDIT TO SAY: so they can determine how much interest you have paid on the £800.

Really not certain thats why they need those figures, as Marshallka says we have not yet seen a settlement where interest has been calculated like that.

(Has this site gone slow for anyone, especially when clicking on links)?

I see what you mean Pinknico thanks.;)

The main thing that I do find confusing though is that C&G would only have details of the settlement of the Nemo loan, and it was something like not far of £67K with PPI as the PPI for that one was £10,842.50 something like that (as you know ppi resolved later on with FOS on this one), but Deloittes are requesting for the details for the twopart loan and not Nemo, and on the letter they sent C&G they have the details of the TWOPART loan as posted up yesterday.

I have a feeling if C&G get back to deloittes they will only be able to give the nemo settlement details and let them know they have nothing shown of the twopart loan.
This will again be another hold up by deloittes.

This is also on one of the emails we received in October here from Deloittes.
    Dear
We are still waiting for a response from C&G, we cannot move forward with it until we have had a response from them so if you would like to chase them up that would progress the claim more quickly. The claim is being dealt with XXXXXXX XXXXX so if you have any information then please forward this to her as soon as you get a response from C&G.
    we need the following information:
Ø Total interest charged to date on the original premium element of £8,492.50
Ø The amount of any redemption fee payable if the premium element of £8,492.50 is repaid to the loan
Ø The rates of interest applied to the loan from inception, including the dates they were applied
Ø A statement of account showing monthly payments made so far in relation to this agreement

    Kind Regards
    ...................................................................................................................
We sent the information as they requested but as it was nothing to do with C&G, that would not do, as we sent them all the info from above, like the statements and the calculations and breakdowns etc.

So it must be what you said.
