I am ok Di - just been a difficult 2 months.

I have been reading the posts and see that so many still waiting for news. I really had thought that most would have been settled by now as the cheques were coming through.

How are you getting on with yours?

Yes unfortunately it seems to have slowed down again, with a bit of luck someone will receive their payouts this week.;)

I think Deloittes have messed up on mine to be honest, I really don't think they need the remortgage details, as the remortgage did not refinance this loan, only the loan advance, they got it wrong somewhere.

If it wasn't for this, it would have been sorted out by now....

Thanks for asking though hun, we will get there in the end.;)

For goodness sake what are they playing at Di!!! fingers x they will sort this error out and get back on track with your claim - I feel so frustrated for you. I expected to be reading more posts of cheques received - I am really suprised that is has come to a stand still!

Keep your chin up babes and everyone else who is patiently waiting - it wont be long and you will ALL be :j jumping with joy.

Yeah its a bit of a wind up really, I have today emailed the FSCS about this as well, if they don't get back by mid day tomorrow, we will give them a ring and see what they have to say about this.

I am hoping that the others will have some good news this week at least anyway.:j

Sorry you not heard anything yet either......

Its a right wind up isn't it?

Not got round to ringing the FSCS yet, we left them an email yesterday in regards of some misunderstanding issues, they have not got back yet, but you know what its like?
So will give them a call shortly and see what they have to say on this.
