Not got round to ringing the FSCS yet, we left them an email yesterday in regards of some misunderstanding issues, they have not got back yet, but you know what its like?
So will give them a call shortly and see what they have to say on this.

No news and I asked 3 hours ago! She is one who has not replied to my email from 3 weeks ago so not much hope!!!0

Right, don't know what time the FSCS finished today, but hubby managed to get through after 5, so unless they are staying on for some overtime to catch up.
Anyway, hubby explained the situation with Deloittes and C&G, the guy told hubby he understands what he is saying, but think its something to do with the interest rate, hubby explained that TWOPART was refinanced by Nemo, and Nemo would be the one with the details, the guy said he is aware of that but although he did not confirm, he mentioned something to do with an interest issue......hubby could not understand and the guy did not actually go into details, but what the guy did say was, he is going to look into this first thing tomorrow and get back to us, hubby also said, if we do not hear from you then we will ring back, he said that is fine.
But other than that, that is it, still baffling really....but there we go.
I take it no-one has any news to post up today then? The one and only "Dizzy Di"
