Demir2424, please can you tell me what date is on your cheque from fscs?

The reason I'm asking is that I spoke to fscs today and they say they "issued" my cheque last Thursday (29th October) and sent it 1st class but it's not arrived yet. Obviously it's got delayed due to the postal strike, but I'd be interested to know the date on your cheque to give me a feel for when mine might arrive (hopefully tomorrow!). Thanks.

BTW my claim is associated with icesave, apologies if this is the wrong thread but I've found it very useful and informative and you all seem so supportive of each other!

Good luck with your claim, I understand its been a long battle for you as well, my aunt is still waiting for her compo as well in regards of Icesave, hope you receive your cheque by tomorrow.:beer:
Shame they did not think to post by using special delivery isn't it?.

My hubby beat them to it, did not speak to the one expected though:rolleyes:, but was told to call back tomorrow afternoon if they do not ring back by mid day, hubby said if we don't ring back it will be his union.

I am hoping they will confirm they have received the details and that they worked on it by tomorrow, fingers crossed.;)
