Has anyone got an email address for TARGET. Son in law just spoke o Deloitte again and still not received the information from Target:mad::mad:

if you type in www.targetgroup.net then go on contact us it gives you a form to fill in try that

This is getting ridiculous! What are target playing at!!! Has he tried ringing them to pester - I am sure I read on here that somebody else did that but had to be very persistent to get any info!

RESPONSE FROM EMAIL TO DELOITTE,

Hi *******

Thanks for your email - we fully understand your situation in that you want your claim to be dealt with ASAP and we appreciate your patience!

However I can advise you that we at Deloitte were only handed your file in August (hence our letter to you dated 13/08/09), and we commenced data gathering for your case immediately.

As you will appreciate, due to the number of claims involved, we cannot make individual requests for information to Target, who are doing their best to provide us with the information as regularly as possible, and we therefore request the info periodically, en masse, so to speak.

As we have a dedicated contact point specifically set up for our project, perhaps the individual your wife spoke to is not aware of the communication line between our organisations.

Rest assured that as soon as I have this information, I will progress your file personally.

Whilst I am still awaiting clarification regarding your loan, perhaps you can in the meantime email me to advise whether, at the time you cancelled your PPI, you received any premium rebate, and if so how much?

Hooray!!! Hooray!! Hooray!!!Final I have received my cheque today from FSCS, for about as much as I expected less my NCB figure which I had to supply the FSCS with last month, glad the wait is over, just waiting now on my "lost in the post for 3 months" cheque from Halifax which I chase every day.
Thank you to everybody in this forum for updates and advice and fingers crossed that all Picture customers get a big cheque soon xxx.

Congratulations Demir !!!!!! You must be wellpleased.

On another note, do you not think it slightly unfair that that you have had your NCB deducted from you compensation when if your NCB anniversary was a few months later then it would NOT have been deducted.

I personally (and a few others on here) think this is in incorrect and therefore have had to write to FSCS explaining so. The only drawback though is cant bank the cheque they have sent yet until an answer.

So depends on your circumstances, if you need the funds like yesterday, bank your cheque. If however you can wait a few weeks and query this to them. I (with a little help from fellow picturites) have drawn up a lovely little template letter that we would only be to willing to PM so you can amend and send to FSCS.
