How annoying and very frustrating....:mad:, have you checked your spam folder as well hun, just in case?

I am really surprised that - that one I gave you details to have not got back to you yet, send another by forwarding the one you sent yesterday, tell them your getting worried as you've heard nothing yet.;)

Can you believe it! They now have all of the info and has been passed on to a case handler to be worked on? Anyone out there any idea of timescale etc now this has happened?

Interestingly it was a response to your e mail address i had but from somebody else who was a data gatherer? Now i never evn knew that job existed? I really do wonder how many case workers they have?:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Just emailed the guy that mailed me and asked him if it was imminent that it was to be worked on or a long wait and got a response!!!! Guess what................can not give an indication of timescale involved!!! You have to laugh or you would cry!!!!

They supposed to be trying to deal with it this week, that's if of course C&G have kept their word and faxed everything through, however as my hubby's union are involved here, they are hoping for a result this week, because both Deloittes and FSCS have confirmed its a priority case, and because of all the messing about, by being given the wrong info - such as being told Deloittes had already dealt with our case 3 weeks ago, and that the FSCS were reviewing it......maddening, it could have all been dealt with by now.....:mad: and yours as well hun.

We are hoping to hear back from deloittes today sometime, fingers crossed for us.:beer:
