Nothing as yet di. My daughter is having a day out today with family. I am just waiting for them to come home, in the hope there has been a phone call or email perhaps

    How are you feeling today

Yes Busby I have. I received a cheque from Picture for £3.5k at the beginning of October then at the end of October when I recd my compensation cheque from FSCS, they had deducted this £3.5k from my figures.

Am concerned that this is incorrect as it seems to me that I am being penalized for having received a NCB.

If say my NCB was due in December instead then the FSCS would have still payed the full amount in October and I would also receive my NCB from Picture in December, but because I have received my picture NCB before FSCS have done their calcualtion then I do not receive this and the FSCS deduct it.

Have I grasped that right or not ? Anybody else with any thoughts
If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! :D

I must admit I find this a little unfair in that those that have claimed their NCB before payout from the FSCS are being penalised and they are reducing the compensations by that amount and yet those that are due to claim their NCB are actually having it on top of their compensation. Have you talked to the FSCS about this?

Surely they should make this fair for all!
