Ive been foning twice weekly same old answer " Its in the final Stages". Not foning again, I feel like a kid going to explode into a tantrum LOL

They may change it to the ones that have received a NCB and had it taken off their compensation were treated fairly and the ones that are due it back have to pay it back...:eek:.

No really if they are allowing some that are due it back to pocket it then the ones that have had it back and taken from their compo need redressing again. Fair to everyone.

Hi pinknico, I never really expect to receive any post on Monday's either, normally mid week. Emailed a contact at FSCS for any updated. He usually does get back, so hopefully something tomorrow;)

I agree about the NCB, something not right here. Needs to be looked into , as I am sure barloo will do. Can't just leave it, it is too much money.

I agree totally, it doesn't make sense, so unfair and yes it does need redressing again.:beer:

It is so annoying sandzb. Same old answers. Don't think they even check anymore.
It's really stupid, you sit there with the phone in your hand, ready to dial, with butterflies in your stomach, thinking oh No I can' ring them again!!!!:rotfl:(i'm 5 yrs old again) scared of getting told off:eek::eek::eek: I am stupid!!!!

My sentiments exactly! I feel like Im intruding when I fone. Are they not there to give us a service?
