I think but not certain this is a procedure of their's then, so as soon as they receive the info from Picture/Target they can work it out and move it on to the FSCS for payout.:T:T:TThe one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

Pengi I am sure they would not go to the trouble to call C & G for a calculation if you had not been successful , Originaly the payment bit was on the claim form and I expect you already put who you wanted to have the cheque paid to.DS1 12/10/04

i think from what he said because we started out with a company helping us then they went bust he had to check with us we would be carrying on ourselves and not going to a company for help to finish it and also tell us the official reciever may collect a payment off us but thats up 2 them and usI think but not certain this is a procedure of their's then, so as soon as they receive the info from Picture/Target they can work it out and move it on to the FSCS for payout.:T:T:T0

The girl that originally said 2 weeks ago that our case was already sent back to the FSCS, when she first replied today, it does seem that she doesn't realise we are the same people she emailed back a fortnight ago, look at her email hereDear
We are still waiting for a response from C&G, we cannot move forward with it until we have had a response from them so if you would like to chase them up that would progress the claim more quickly. The claim is being dealt with XXXXXXXX XXXX so if you have any information then please forward this to her as soon as you get a response from C&G.
 we need the following information:
Ø Total interest charged to date on the original PPI premium element of £8,492.50
Ø The amount of any redemption fee payable if the premium element of £8,492.50 is repaid to the loan
Ø The rates of interest applied to the loan from inception, including the dates they were applied
Ø A statement of account showing monthly payments made so far in relation to this agreement
 Kind Regards

They have already received these details because then the Senior Handler got back, she said she have heard from the lender but not from C&G and it would be the lender that would have also provided the above details. The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0

I know Marshallka did have a go with these calcs before, but I have not got a clue what to look for in the above, interest this and interest that and so on.
If they have the details with the lender that we had the loan advance with, as they were also the lender of the above loan just posted, shouldn't they provide all the info on the calculations for them as well? The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0
