it was to say we wanted our cheque making out in joint names apparently we never signed it

Arh right........its looking good though hun......:T:T are you sure it was not the FSCS that asked these details?
I thought the cheques were made out by them?:j:j
If this is the case then Deloittes have reviewed and accepted your case, where it must be have been passed back to the FSCS in order for them to go over it and make the cheque payable now to who you requested for, which is for yourself and hubby......yay XXXX

On the questionnaire we received a few months back, that also requested who we want the compensation made to, we did say our names, although it will be for the mortgage lol, but we rather make sure we pay this ourselves and as the loan is settled anyway, I suppose this is what they meant.

Yes we had one, although I don't think everyone did.
I thought it was because we remortgaged and the loans were settled, maybe someone can clarify on this one.;)

We have remortgaged aswell but had to give details of who to make cheque payable to on the form. Now I am confused and beginning to panic that only people who are successful get one of the forms?:mad:

No do not panic, no need hun, I think it was also because they required more information, as there wasn't enough for them to help them deal with the case.
Pinknico did not receive one either I don't think, there are loads that haven't and have been sent their cheques.;)
