    Hi hun, hope your well.;)

So your still waiting as well then? so annoying isn't it?

I'm getting there thanks for asking hunni X

Yes do ring them, if they say no they have not yet received them, then ask them for their direct fax and reference number to ring C&G with, so they can pass the details on this way.
It may be a slightly different fax number to what were were given, depending on who from deloittes are working on it, as I assume they all have their own, but do check anyway hun, its not fair to be waiting this long for them to send these details.

C&G did also tell us they received the letter requesting for the info on the 6th of October.......:rolleyes:XXX

This is one of the emails received from Deloittes today.
    Dear
    ,
We have received information from Nemo but we are still waiting for information from Cheltenham & Gloucester, I am sorry if you were previously advised that we had received a response from them but we are still waiting for them to respond. Given the current issues with the post if you are going to be contacting Cheltenham & Gloucester could you please ask them to fax the information to us on XXX XXXX XXXX quoting our reference of XXXXXXXX01.

    Kind regards

In the age of technology you would think they would be able to e mail over all the info required!!!:mad::mad:
Maybe they just want more paper for those filing cabinets:D:D
