just had a call off deloitte saying they havent got all my paperwork in place because i have had a rebate from picture for my ppi but hopefully it wont be long now he said he's working on it now sooner rather than later so keeping everything crossed now guys its moving on

Wow, looks like we are back in......:T:T:j:j, for now anyway lol.

Right received an apology from deloittes for receiving the wrong info, but the real reason why our claim is still sitting with them is because C&G have not yet sent the details over to them........:mad:, now why tell us they did receive the details?
Goodness knows who case they were actually looking at then!

Anyway deloittes given the direct fax and the ref and suggested that we again contact C&G, done this and C&G have stated that a letter was supposed to have been sent out around the 6th of this month, anyway the girl with C&G was quite nice about it and she was to send the details of this by FAX while we spoke, she said they should receive this by Monday or Tuesday next week deadline, and to check with Deloittes and also inform Deloittes its done.

What a palaver.......:rolleyes:
