    Think they must be very confused with mine to be honest, we did not remortgage from that loan above but the loan advance which was resolved through the FOS, I keep telling her we did have a loan advance with the same lender, where that above is the first loan that was paid into the loan advance.......
    Lets hope the Senior handler knows what she is doing, cos I think the one that posted that above was the admin dept......:confused:

    Yes your right hunni.

    I think it was about 3 forms we told them this on, yet they did lose some info on ours when the FSCS passed our info onto deloittes in the first place, and again it was asked on the questionnaire.

    a lot of our paper work was done by a company on our behalf but he said a lot of it was unreadable or illegable as he said (crap speller)so maybe thats why he wanted it done again

  • i would not worry about anything until they say no then i would worry i just think there snowed under and thats why its taking so long they are working weekends aswell so lets hope a few will get sorted for next weeks batch :confused:

    That is so true hun.
    I just felt from what we have been told the last few weeks from them, we taken 2 steps forward then one back again.....:confused:, good job we did contact them when we did.

    The union have been good though and it seems like deloittes are getting back to us quicker today.
    The union supposed to be getting back to us early next week as well.;)
