If I were you Di on Monday I would speak to your senior handler and make sure you are all singing from the same hymn sheet or this could drag on.:A

Thanks hun and yes we will, even though the union have also got involved now as well, but I do think we need to do this for ourselves, everything they have from us is written in clear English to them, but your right though, this needs to be looked over freshly just in case they are going about it all the wrong ways.;)

We also sent them as they requested the info on both loans from the first loan to the advance, we marked them loan 1 and loan 2....to the remortgage details.

I think the fact that not being able to have an SAR from Twopart does not help, as this could not be provided, only the info from the lender, Nemo should also hopefully have sent the info on this as well.

Very frustrating and I wish the Senior handler could have come back on us about this, they did say before being told a fortnight ago it was sent back to the FSCS, if they required any info they would let us know.......so good job this was chased up in the end wasn't it hun.

Thanks to you Pinknico, we would never have known and would have been waiting forever lol.
    Cheers hunni.:T:T:A

Just found an email from the Senior case handler dated 24 Sept (last month)..... where they requested for all the info, then the questionnaire followed after that.
All details were sent to them straight away, so its gone a month already since this one.

    Dear
    ,
I refer to the above and our previous correspondence regarding this case. I am sorry for the delay in contacting you again. I confirm that we have received the updated Declaration and Consent forms that you sent.
Please can you advise if the second Nemo loan, that you took out directly with Nemo in July 2006, is still running? If not, please advise how it came to be paid off, did you redeem it from your own resources or via another loan from a new lender? If you took a loan from a new lender, please provide the contact details, including any loan reference number, for this new lender as we will need to contact them for information to help with our assessment of your claim.
I look forward to hearing from you in due course and would like to thank you for your assistance in this matter.

This is why I am wondering why they require the details of the mortgage lender?

They were told this, by telling then the first loan was paying off with the loan advance, so do they still actually require the remortage details then, if this is not the one when remortgaged that paid off the first one, but the 2nd one??
