i hope yours is sorted out soon aswell we are with c and g as well and every time i phone them they put me through to tsb cos of arears witch i thinck is wrong as its only been the last couple of years were we was behind with our payments through ill health and tsb dident help us at all have ghanged bank now we took our morgage out with c and g not tsbAww bless you.:A

They are not easy are they hun, we too are in arrears and they try each time to put us through to Lloyds tSB collections, then we spoke up and said this is in regards of Deloittes and the FSCS who have been waiting for weeks for some info.
We then said the quicker they pass on the info, the quicker if successful for the compensation, we can pay more towards the arreas, they suddenly changed their tune lol.
My hubby lost his job, and i care for my son full time who has special needs, we have some medical issues as well, but I agree Lloyds are not very lenient and not at all understanding.
