i've been to Stirling, my nephew lives there now, since uni in 1986, lovely part of country
Went to his wedding, stayed in posh hotel the One Devonshire, GLasgow thought I was "the Queen"

This is an area that cause a problem. We moved our bank a/c and Picture tried to take money from defunct a/c . This caused problems with non payment.
They asured us that this would not affect our NCB. After reading this sight i am now slightly worried. The amount on the NCB would be 50%.

I would get off them in writing if you can because they get out of paying it with any excuse but if you have it in writing you stand a better chance .;)

Just a quick "HELLO" from me - sorry i've not been around for a few days we are having internet trouble at the moment - not sure why but they promise it will be sorted soon!!!

i do think if you keep ringing ect it prompts them because i rang a few times last week and now they seem tto be working on mine :D you keep on at them di hun
