    An update.

Hubby rang his union, luckily he is still with the steel union on reduced rates and they are getting involved, they are very good as well and why I did not think of them before I don't know.....:o.

They told hubby to calm down and they want to deal with it, and they said they want a result by this time next week, they have also offered to put in a letter of complaint, because its not just now they have messed us about but over the last few months with different things.

Hubby have calmed down now and the union are getting on to it, fingers crossed it will help, they also offered to call the mortgage collections as well as they have not treated us fairly since hubby been unemployed, especially as all these support schemes supposed to have came into affect earlier this year.;)

Do not worry hun, with the tel number you rang it should have been them, next time you do contact them, ask for their name if they do not give this when answering, I'm sure its all okay.:AXxx

How far down the 8 weeks are you?
hi pinknico sorry its taken so long have been doing chores in between coming on here lol, got a letter on 4th august saying thanks for your complaint blah blah, and asked me to fill a form in and send it back, i did that then i got a letter on 27th august with an update saying sorry its taking so long and to give them another 4 weeks, i then got a letter 24th sept saying the same as previous letter but they said they were experiencing delays in assessing all the information ( yes they would its 14 years ago!!! ) they aim to give me a response in 4 weeks but if i am not happy then i can go to fos, i will give them till monday due to post strike etc then i will go to fos. i will have waited all this time just for yorkshire bank to tell me that they were not regulated then !! the date of the loan was on my first letter, why do they need this long to tell me that if they already know this? will let you know on monday what happens, thanks for asking x
