Oooops I didn't know!!! But I suppose its too late to do anything as I have already banked the cheque (silly me!)

I also called picture today re: cancelling the PPI and they told me that we wern't entitled to any rebate or reduction in monthly payments so I said well theres no point in cancelling then and he agreed!!!!!!!! Anyone else experienced this???? maybe this is because we have less than 2 years left on the policy?!?!?!?!

    xxxxxxxxxx :o

We cancelled ours after 32 months and received no rebate , just a £2pm reduction in monthly payments. Don't know why we didn't get a rebate:confused:

Are you due the 3year NCB from them, or have you been in arrears. I think if you have been in arrears you don't get the NCB:confused:

    Fingers crossed then hun.
I think its mainly Thurs and Fridays Deloittes send the info back to the FSCS, so by Monday hopefully the FSCS will have received your case back from Deloittes in order for them to review the decision Deloittes have made, and then will arrange to pay out, good luck hunni.:AXxx

    Me again - Lol!

reading back at Honey 2's post from what I can work out they r only due their NCB in nov?! We have already had ours in Aug so I think that has something to do with it!!

Night Night everyone - hope you get some nice exciting post deliveries or phone calls tomorrow - good luck everyone still waiting!!!! xxxxx

In Honey's post 151 ithought she said she had rcd it.

If you have already rcd yours wouldn't you be best keeping the insurance for the sake of another two years and get the 4th and 5th NCB back.

    Dear All

So glad to hear you are getting your cheques - fab news I am delighted for you all.

I have not been on the forum recently as my mum passed away so the joy of my cheque was overtaken with funeral arrangements ect - just trying to get back to some normality now.

I am so pleased that we are all geting somewhere - best wishes to all who are still patiently waiting.

I am now Picture free and account closed - thank goodness - I will sleep easier from now on.

Right my update on our case....... they got back and said its still with Deloittes....... hubby said we went through this a few days ago, infact just 2 days ago, and Deloittes confirmed 2 weeks ago they sent our case back to the FSCS...
What on earth is going on??

I have also just emailed Deloittes to tell them this and need an answer again, twice Deloittes said they no longer have our case and the FSCS should be reviewing it.

    I reckons they lost it........

Bl###y H#ll Di, thought I was coming back to see you had won.

Are the FSCS adamant they don't have it or are the computers playing up again?

What did they say when your hubby said you had been told twice it was back with the FSCS?

Hi Pinknico, they were adamant that they were still waiting, but did not know what to say when hubby told them we have the emails there to prove that they had already send our case back to them, he did apologise, but anyway, we emailed Deloittes and it seems they "Do" still have it, and as confusing as it is, as they did state they did send it back almost 2 weeks ago, they come up with this here, received just now:confused::
    Dear ,

I have just checked the status of your case and it is waiting a decision to be made. All the information we require is there but a decision needs to be made on what has been gathered. It will then go to the FSCS and a decision letter will be sent to you.

We are dealing with all case as quickly as we possibly can. Many thanks for your patience.

    Kind regards

    L

Chickpee this is also why I want you to keep making a fuss, as the FSCS do make mistakes and I am certain your case should be already reviewed and had a result.
