And yet this is the email received by Deloittes the other day here dated 22 October
DearYes we no longer have it. It may take a week or so to get there depending on whether the batch has been sent yet but it will be in thier hands.

DearThe decision is made by Deloitte but then passed to the FSCS so they now how it and are possibly reviewing it. Give them a call for any queries and im sure they will be able to help you.

I thinks Deloittes may have accidentally put it on the one side and forgot all about it myself, it would not be the first time they made mistakes with mine, going by the last few months of them posting me things that I had to return to them of ours......:mad:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0

This is the problem, both companies gather evidence and make a decision.
If anyone else is reading this thread double check which company Deloitte or FSCS is doing the reviewing at the time of your call.
Hope you have made a complaint to Deloitte and FSCS Di and copied the emails you received giving wrong information to both companies.
I am furious on your behalf, this is not a time to be playing around with peoples lives!!!!!DS1 12/10/04

Thanks hun;), I have in fact now sent copies of the emails we received to both Deloittes and the FSCS of each others, and told them we are not happy with this, being told different things and thinking it was all moving on, to be told again today its still with Deloittes.......
Hubby also told them, we will have to ring the collection dept about the arrears now, because of the nasty letters we are receiving from lloyds collections in regards of the C&G mortgage, hubby gone up the wall, it does not help as he is unfortunatey still on depression meds. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
