Just caught up on all the posts. They really are giving you the run around. Dam mortgage company also. I think with the help of the union you will get somewhere now.
They now all the right things to quote, all the legal stuff etc

I have to be honest that I've been so upset and stressed about this whole saga in the last couple of weeks that I really don't want to ring the FSCS at the moment. Hi pinknico, spoke to deloittes tuesday, still waiting for info from target. Spoke to Target wednesday, they stay they have had no request for info. Waiting for my son in law to ring back deloitte and let them know what Target have said.
I don't really know who to beleive as Target said there had been no notes on the system since Jan 09. and that they update them as and when rcd.
This can not be the case as I know there has been activity on the account since Jan It's like di. - total lack of communication:mad:
I wish it was my claim, as I wouldn't hesitate in ringing them.:mad:

It's hard to sound like a 30 something when you are 59:D:D although I really do try:D:D
He is going to give deloitte another call next week. If it were mind, they would hear me shouting from here:eek:

thanks pinknico. I keep telling myself, "our day will come"

I did think it would have been less complicated as our loan is finished with Picture, but it seems it is quite the opposite as there are posters on here who have rcd theirs and I think went in much later than ours.

Hopefully very soon now, must stay positive:D:D:D

When we do get it, will put BUSBYH up in lights
