Rang the FSCS, (well hubby did) lol and the chap said, to expect a phone call back later, that was that, hubby told him that we were worried also due to the post and the mortgage arrears, so not much said back but they will get back to us.
Fingers crossed.;)

Give them a call as well hun, like Pinknico said, it only takes a day or less for them to deal with these cases, yours may be in this batch.;)

It was 2 days that we rang.....so worth chasing them on this, as some were told the same - then suddenly they received their payments the following day.;):beer:

i emailed deloitte and fscs and no response but rang deloitte and they said its under review whatever that means
