    Dear All

So glad to hear you are getting your cheques - fab news I am delighted for you all.

I have not been on the forum recently as my mum passed away so the joy of my cheque was overtaken with funeral arrangements ect - just trying to get back to some normality now.

I am so pleased that we are all geting somewhere - best wishes to all who are still patiently waiting.

I am now Picture free and account closed - thank goodness - I will sleep easier from now on.

Oooops I didn't know!!! But I suppose its too late to do anything as I have already banked the cheque (silly me!)

I also called picture today re: cancelling the PPI and they told me that we wern't entitled to any rebate or reduction in monthly payments so I said well theres no point in cancelling then and he agreed!!!!!!!! Anyone else experienced this???? maybe this is because we have less than 2 years left on the policy?!?!?!?!

    xxxxxxxxxx :o

I've been told that cancelling my ppi will make no difference to my repayments and that is apparently because there has been a NCB payout.

Di I hope you are feeling better today and no there's still no news on my case but thank you for asking! I'm trying not to worry too much and hoping I will hear something soon.

Thanks Pinknico. I'm trying not to get too stressed but it is so difficult to get it out of your mind. Honey's post puts things back into perspective though.

I hope you have treated yourself to something nice with your cheque xx

Thanks buzbyh - I have already been told I have won mine on my BOS CC & loan - just don't know how much yet - 1 week to go tomorrow until the 4 weeks they said will let me know within are up - I aint rushing them as the cc is 21 years old & the loan 14 so it will take them a while to add up all that lovely interest
am really pleased to hear this well done to you!! you have given hope to many people like me who thought it was too old to pursue,, i have a loan with ppi (2700) with yorkshire bank and that was taken out in 95, i was not going to put a claim in for this with it being that old i thought i was wasting my time. if it was not for pinknico xx i would have just left it, i may not be as lucky as you but will keep my fingers crossed. i have had 2 letters from them to say thanks blah blah and they need more time. do you mind me asking what route you had to take with this to get a win, (sorry but i am a nosey cow!!) x
