Thanks buzbyh - I have already been told I have won mine on my BOS CC & loan - just don't know how much yet - 1 week to go tomorrow until the 4 weeks they said will let me know within are up - I aint rushing them as the cc is 21 years old & the loan 14 so it will take them a while to add up all that lovely interest

Wow, never heard of anyone winning for over 20 years ago:eek:. This is a first on here. Was it through FOS or just a letter to them from yourself and they upheld from there.

Well done on that one and it also needs posting on the success thread. I am sure it will help others.;)

ive not heard a sausage tried a couple of numbers but couldn,t get through sorry to ask again but has anyone got a number for deloittes that bypasses reception and gets me through to a claims handler ?
