I 'foolishly' did the same thing, refinanced with picture.:eek: I called Picture/Target when filling out my forms for Deloittes to make sure I had the right amounts and I asked about this same thing. I was told that the rebate from the 1st PPI went straight against the loan during the re-finance.
I dont think the FSCS have paid any interest on that bit that was passes across although it was refunded, as in we have been paying interest on that PPI amount while its still on the loan and it has been attracting interest in the same way as those who remortgaged have paid interest.DS1 12/10/04
