    You never know Di, Dialysis's wasnt at the FSCS long before they had made a decision so I would ring them tomorrow.xx

    Does anyone know if the postal strike is on?

    And has anyone got a number for honestbob that he can call and talk to someone at Deloitte that isnt the american lady on the desk? thanks.

    Thanks Di, I know that some people had numbers for their case workers at Deloitte and honestbob might get a better idea of what is happening that way.

    Also honestbob if you read this ring the FSCS in case your claim has already gone across.

  • Wow the power of the forum has shown itself ! Pink seems to be psychic (american lady !!**!) spot on, so for tomorrow i can use these numbers to bypass reception at last !

    Hello all - 1st post on here - have followed Bob across from the CAG forum. Checked with Deloittes today and our claim has now gone back to FSCS. Rang FSCS and got the usual response of we will notify you in writing in due course. Hopefully we are a bit closer now to some closure to this.

    Thanks for the welcome - I probably won't post as much as you guys, but I will keep any developments updated - good or bad. The FSCS have no idea how much stress we have had not knowing what is going on.
