QUOTE=alyson1982;26178801]Hiya everyone
Just had a quick read throughtodays posts and had a mini heart attack when I read about Busbyh - but glad things are looking ok again now!!!
Well I rang FSCS who said that Deloittes had almost finished with our claim so rang Deloittes and they said they would be sending it back to FSCS at the end of the week for final assesment (does anyone know if they do this by fax or post??) I then asked him if he knew how long it would take for us to get the decission letter and he said that it should be sent out within a week of FSCS receiving it!!!
Also does anyone know if the FSCS will tell you the decission over the phone - i'm so desperate to know - feeling more and more stressed everyday as I know alot of you are - the waiting is a killer!!!!!!
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE AND WELL DONE GUMBI XXXX[/QUOTE]
Hi Al
Sorry about the heart and you in your condition, I do apologise:o

Anyway yours is looking good , i'm glad to say, so good luck and hope it is not too long:beer:
I would imagine they fax, but even if they don't they will use there Internal MAil Service, so no worries about Royal Mail!!

Hi Alyson,
Mine was either passed on from Deloittes last Thursday or Friday to the FSCS and I was then told think it was Monday that they will be reviewing mine as soon as they can, but mine is not in regards of Picture but Twopart limited, yet I assume the procedures work all the same.;)
I think its faxed through to FSCS hunni. x
Good luck hunni, hope you hear this week.:beer:XxThe one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hello everybody just got in from work, a special hello to pinknico who led me this way and has helped me lots already, i can,t believe how you lot get actual info from deloittes as i rang them today and a really polite lady told me she could tell me nothing, particularly about status timescales and practically anything useful, she just said they were data gathering and and they usually had to wait for info from target but didnt even hint that it was specifically my case she was referring to.
Thanks for all the welcomes by the way. nice to be aboard ! although i am a pretty busy guy tryin to make ends meet etc so i probs won,t be the most avid poster.0 -

Hello again honestbob, nice to see you back again.
Pinknico is lovely isn't she?:A A true heart of gold.:A
I think it may depend who you speak to within the FSCS, there is one that will say more than the other, but that is through email though and not phone call.
It is a worry though with these postal disputes isn't it?
Hope you receive some good news this week, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Alyson - They told me over the phone not the exact figure but it was in excess of £11,000.
Honey 20 -
Just realised, its Thursday tomorrow.......if it was last Thursday that Deloittes sent our case to the FSCS, if they said a week to Alyson wonder if we will hear something tomorrow......, I hope so but can't see it somehow - again due to the post......
.
Was told they are dealing with it as a priority case due to our ongoing circumstances, by both deloitte and fscs. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
