Another one, I requested a copy of T&Cs. When I compared them with the original, the original only stated amount of actual PPI, and the copy gave the actual PPI, and what it would cost at the current rate of interest. Obviously they had had to make amendments to them after we had taken out our loan.

Oh and wait for it, it also had the names of a another couple and detailed their pre existing Medical Conditions. Have yet to take this up the Info, Commissioner !!!!!

Funny the T&C's...i never got mine either...i only ever received the credit agreement with the figures added to the loan!!! i would of thought they would have to tell you the PPI amount and the overall cost of of it wouldnt they? thats like taking a loan out and not knowing the overall cost of it?!?! plain daft!!

And that medical bit sounds crazy.......
  • Hiya everyone

Just had a quick read throughtodays posts and had a mini heart attack when I read about Busbyh - but glad things are looking ok again now!!!

Well I rang FSCS who said that Deloittes had almost finished with our claim so rang Deloittes and they said they would be sending it back to FSCS at the end of the week for final assesment (does anyone know if they do this by fax or post??) I then asked him if he knew how long it would take for us to get the decission letter and he said that it should be sent out within a week of FSCS receiving it!!!

Also does anyone know if the FSCS will tell you the decission over the phone - i'm so desperate to know - feeling more and more stressed everyday as I know alot of you are - the waiting is a killer!!!!!!

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE AND WELL DONE GUMBI XXXX
Feeling like we were sucked in by the hard sell & lack of info / advice!
Well done to everyone who's won their claims & good luck to those ongoging!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
