    OMG feel sick!!!!!
Sin in law rang deloittes, the normally pleasant advisor was very evasive today. Said figures did NOT add up and the claim has gone back to him from senior case worker. He is waiting for more info from Target. He actually said it's looking bad as the figures are just not adding up. So until Target get back we have to wait!!!!!! Don't know what to think now.
Son in law ringing them bak in a bit.

Really really pleased for you gumbi, wish I could be a fly on the wall when you tell your daughter. (was going to say her face will be a picture but that word is banned!)

Thanks again gumbi for getting us through the months/ years up to they who must not be named being declared in default.

    Only one beer?

Busbyh figures looking bad can not mean there is no claim.

OMG sorry to hear this hunni....., they are double checking I expect, it looks like its all down to Picture/Target botch up this.
I would contact then daily now, due to this reason, as I'm sure they can receive any info from these business's by FAX.#
Good luck to your son in law as well, for when he rings them back - i dont blame him.

I agree with Pinknico, it does not mean there is no claim, its just that its the way its been calculated with the loans company I expect and they have not made it clear.

    PANIC OVER FOLKS:D:D

Spoken to them again. Think he just panicked when he said was "looking bad"
What he said this time is, it is just that some of the figures re % rate did not tally and they have to be 100% correct, for our benefit. Also it is not unusual for this to happen with companies like Target.
They are just waiting for them to get back now.He also said not to worry about claim, he never intended it to sound as though the outcome of the claim was affected, and not to worry.
Still could not give a timescale but when Son in law told him his OH was having a near breakdown:D should have said his mother in law also :Dover the phone call, he said again, please do not worry.

he must have caught him at a bad time on the earlier call.;)

Phew, what a relief, hope I didn't panic you guys;)
