Ring them tomorrow hun, with these strikes, I personally think they should be able to give an answer, after all its not our fault there is a strike, on the other hand if they decide to post by signed/special delivery, according to the write up on the Royal Mail site we will receive this type of posting, here's hoping.:beer:

I just cant understand where the discrepancy has come from as we sent them a detailed statement, payments and interest rom start of loan up until Aug 09. The loan was paid off early November, therefore they would not have much more to work out.
He did say they were initially given one figure and on calculation this didn't work out, this being the reason they are requesting it again!!!!!!

Can your son in law ring Target at all to make sure on this hun tomorrow?
Maybe he could try pushing it a bit, unless they tell him they have dealt with it now......hopefully.

As for honey2's friend, we all panicked when it was first posted, several weeks ago, but some others have received their cheques, so we should concentrate on those.:D WHen did you say fscs rcd your claim, as it is going in chronilogical order , not ref
