ours went back to fscs last week I was hoping for some news soon. guess its on the back burner again!!!!

Ring them tomorrow hun, with these strikes, I personally think they should be able to give an answer, after all its not our fault there is a strike, on the other hand if they decide to post by signed/special delivery, according to the write up on the Royal Mail site we will receive this type of posting, here's hoping.

thanks di. Hopefully they have. The deloitte chap did convince him it didin't mean if would affect the decision on the claim, and not to worry. But we all know how long it can take Target to get back, they never appear to be in any rush,
I just cant understand where the discrepancy has come from as we sent them a detailed statement, payments and interest rom start of loan up until Aug 09. The loan was paid off early November, therefore they would not have much more to work out.
He did say they were initially given one figure and on calculation this didn't work out, this being the reason they are requesting it again!!!!!!

I would be very annoyed........ What a botch up by Target....
Can your son in law ring Target at all to make sure on this hun tomorrow?
Maybe he could try pushing it a bit, unless they tell him they have dealt with it now......hopefully.

No compensation due. Just a friend of a friend has been in touch to say this is what they have received.... Not sure if there is any truth in it.

Crikey everyone, what a day of posts, bit of an emotional rollercoaster.

Gumbi, Congratulations on your good news. :beer:think

Busbyh, my tummy flipped when I read your first post, Im glad its sorted now tho.

Alyson, after news of your positive call today I think I may call deloittes tomorrow to see if they have any news for me, although I am still convinced that I have a while to wait. Especially when di and others have been waiting for so long.

As for new of honey2s friend... I am pretty darn nervous now.
