Cant be that much longer surely don't they have all they need?
Sure it will be with them by next week unless the carrier pigeons are out in force again.
Has he rung Deloitte?

Deloitte rang him on Tuesday after he had faxed through the info that the BS had sent him. It was the same info Deloitte had requested, but had still not received. Was told they now have everything they need(AGAIN) and shouldn'nt be long. He is going to ring deloitte again next week.:mad::mad::mad:

I don't even think they can blame the post on this as I am sure they will have an IDS- Internal dispatch Service, most governement depts do

Shame they didn't actually give an update, when we emailed to ask, they just said that they received all the info now and a decision is going to be made very soon, so with this I gathered they were dealing with it, let's hope then now if they have all your son's info they requested, it is highly likely they are getting on with it.
Just a thought but doesn't Deloittes Fax everything through to the FSCS, after Deloittes have assessed and not post, with the post being dodgy etc.

Yes, they probably do fax ,either way they will have no excuse for delays with the post;)
